Hotels with FREE Parking in Southwest Florida

"Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding the hygiene conditions I experienced during my stay at your hotel. During my stay, I noticed the presence of cockroaches both in the bathroom and inside the room, . This situation was extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable. It raised serious concerns about cleanliness, health, and sanitary conditions, and it negatively affected my overall experience as a guest. I believe that situations like this should not occur in a hotel room intended for guests, as customers expect a clean, safe, and properly maintained environment. Through this letter, I kindly request that this matter be investigated and that the necessary measures be taken to improve hygiene and pest control within the hotel facilities. I would also appreciate a response and a possible solution or compensation for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your attention to this matter. "The room was very nice, but sparse - no "work desk" and no "USB" ports for electronic equipment. When plugging in A/C adapters in the wall outlets, they fell out so that there was no power. The dehumidifier filled up within 2 hours - not being familiar with this equipment, we called front desk asking for assistance. We waited in the room. After about 45-60 minutes, I went to front desk to ask again for what to do about the "EMPTY" message on the dehumidifies. A male at the desk was quite rude. Eventually, we did get a house maintenance person that came and emptied the unit. We had to do it again about 2 hours later, as well as the next morning. The separate freezer unit from the fridge was a welcome amenity - not found that before in our travels."

"I loved how you had a mini tropical oasis in the middle of the city unfortunately, despite the wonderful accommodations, we were swarmed with love bugs for two of the days we were there we couldn’t be in the pool. The pool bar was closed. There isn’t really a bar in the lobby. I know this is out of your control, but if I would’ve known, we were in love bug season I never would have planned it thank goodness for the shuttle to the Siesta Beach that was our savior. We spent two beautiful days there."

"Very clean room. Beautiful pool and gardens. Internet was not great however, on previous stays it worked great. Will definitely stay again."

"Breakfast was amazing really warm and fresh, Staff was great and really helpful from the concierge to housekeeper . I also had excellent view to where my car was safely parked. Pool, gym, snacks . Thank You for treating us with such dignity and respect. Can’t wait to go back .’"
