"There is virtual check in that made trouble for me cause, they are pick up the phone until 6 pm that I was in the flight. Actually, I found out that they sent the code for check in by message to Hotels.com inbox but, usually we don’t check every often. They should have set up a better communication way."

"My family and I recently stayed at the Chateau for a prolonged period after moving back to NB and waiting to move into our home. We had a fantastic stay, the staff were always incredibly friendly, including the house keepers. The rooms were very nice and the housekeepers did a great job cleaning them. In addition the pool and slide were awesome for both the adults and kids. If I ever need to stay in a Fredericton hotel again, it will be this one."
