"Overall, the room was pretty clean. There were stains on the outside comforter, but the sheets were clean. Everything was just very outdated and paint was peeling. The breakfast area was incredibly small - much smaller than any other breakfast area I have seen at a hotel. The orange juice was more like Sunny D than orange juice. The lady at the front desk was helpful when we had trouble with our TV; however, her child came to work with her, and she was yelling at them. That incident was a turn off also. I don't feel that children at work are appropriate if they are going to be a disruption. I probably wouldn't stay again unless there were upgrades."

"Front desk staff were very nice. Guest room - bed was comfortable, room appeared clean, screen to balcony was torn and grout in tub area looked moldy. Elevator sign on 3rd floor has been vandalized. Breakfast was very disappointing. Waffle maker broken, decaf portion of coffee maker broken, Fruit looked old (except for bananas). Cereal needed replenishing, no juice cups or lids for coffee, The fridge had a gallon of milk. I don't think that meets health standards (should be individual). Worker kept making excuses for everything. Also, given the conditions, having a tip jar on the counter was a joke."

"The hotel and room itself was clean. There was a damp smell in our room that I’m assuming came from the air conditioner. The ac also struggled to keep up—it was a mild weekend in April and we set the thermostat to 70, but it took quite a while to get down to 70. Beds were comfortable enough for us. The staff was always very friendly. The breakfast was not great, so much so that we went out for breakfast the second morning. Disappointing when “breakfast included” is one of the reasons you choose a place. Overall not bad. "
