"Staff unresponsive with messages when there was an issue with the booking, unhelpful and zero communication when I was supposed to arrive in 24hrs was told it would take 72hrs for a response, was then told they would organise a refund but 15 days later this money has still not been sent. "

"Pleasant staff on arrival and leaving. Beach view apartment was great and the hotel had a good range of amenities (gym, pools, bar area). Only issue was the children’s play room wasn’t open all day just a few hours. Hotel is a good location to the airport and beach but you need to taxi or bike ride into Palma. Would definitely stay here again"

"Wonderful stay in one of the Penthouse suites, advertised as having a Jacuzzi and we wasn't sure if they had a hot tub or not but they do on the rooftop of the apartment.
Penthouse rooms consist of a Living area, kitchenette and then off this space a sliding door there is the shower room. The bedroom although not the largest weirdly enough contained the larger of the 2 T.V,s in the apartment.
Very quiet area and when we were there the pool area was also quiet and we had it to ourselves.

"Unser Aufenthalt war einfach nur großartig Saubere Zimmer toller Meerblick Parkplatz haben wir am zweiten Tag auch bekommen
15 Eiro pro Tag nicht billig war es uns aber wert
Jeden zweiten Tag frische Badetücher Top!
Etwas laut waren die Nachbarn aber das war auszuhalten
Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter

"Die Zimmer wurden offensichtlich erst vor kurzem neu gestaltet und renoviert. Unser Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool war jedenfalls neu & wirklich sauber, mit neuer Küche & neuem Bad. Es wurde jeden Tag von freundlichem Personal gereinigt, insgesamt war das Personal sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit. Der Pool war ausreichend groß & bei uns (Pfingsten) immer freie Liegen vorhanden.
