"From the moment we stepped through the door, the staff at Gran Hotel Margalida were exceptional. After a long journey from Boston, they welcomed us with breakfast at the best table on the terrace, and the sound of the waves instantly set the tone for our seven-day escape. Our Junior Suite had spectacular views from every window, including a large one in the shower, perfect for a long, hot shower after a swim in the Balearic Sea. The sea is a short, steep walk down past olive groves and...

"An absolutely stunning hotel in a fabulous location, absolute luxury and cannot fault. Room was pure comfort with a view to die for through the floor length windows and from the balcony. We had the taster menu in the hotel which was sublime and would recommend as an...

"The first thing I have to say is OMG the air conditioning!! We were there during an insanely hot season and as soon as we walked into the room I was in heaven. We stayed at a few different hotels in other cities and the AC was definitely not up to American standards, as is the case in most of Europe. This place had literally the best air conditioning of any hotel in Europe I have ever stayed. Bravo!!"

"OMG - What a nice hotel!!! The greeting was friendly, made you feel like you were coming home. We were able to check in early - that was very helpful. The front desk lady/persons were very helpful in assisting us with what we wanted to do while we were in La Palma. Booked us train tickets, dinner reservations, etc. The Hotel's location was perfect if you just wanted to walk around the downtown area - and it was close to the Cathedral and Palace. The breakfast was amazing!! Custom cooked...
