"The staff were absolutely amazing, quite helpful and also friendly. The room was immaculate with a lot of attention to little but useful things such as magnifying mirror in the toilet and other mirrors outside. The coffee in the room was so delicious. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a central location very close to everything. "

"We loved our stay at Hotel des Alpes! The location is unbeatable, right on the water and just steps away from everything we wanted to see in Lucerne. Our room was comfortable and had plenty of space, plus a balcony with such a pretty view of the city. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, which really made our stay feel special. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Lucerne!"

"If heaven had a franchise, it would be here. The only problem is we lost an Apple product and could see it move away (likely taken by staff since it was in spa robes) but the staff didn’t offer any compensation. That was the only down side. "
