We always get a king room on a high floor, and on occasion the furnishings in rooms have not been up to par for a Grand Hyatt. This room was impeccable, and our stay was more enjoyable as a result. The front desk staff were the same two ladies at check in and check out. They were both quite genial and professional. Valet was also pleasant."

Rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and luxurious, great toiletry options and great in-room coffee. Amenities on site are excellent. The restaurant was great, the beverage options in the lobby are wonderful. Hotel location is excellent, right next to Union Station and easy to walk through downtown. "
