"Fun stay right on the promenade. The room was clean and cozy. Great for 2 people for a night or two but probably a bit small for a longer visit. Friendly staff."

"The only thing that was acceptable about the Iris Hotel is that desk staff were polite. The carpets and other surfaces were visibly dirty. Looks like the hotel had not been cleaned in months perhaps years. The sheets on the beds appeared clean but were well used. There was mold growing in the shower and a crack in the sink. The windows were sealed shut and there were water stains on the ceiling. I had booked 4 nights at the Iris but 1 night was enough and on the morning of May 29 I checked out...

"We stayed here one night as a last minute getaway from the heat back home . The property was spotless and everything was so thoughtful , so many personal touches showing the care they take with their guests . They went above and beyond when I had an issue with my car charging and drove me all the way to it, which would have cost £50 in a taxi. My children loved the animals on site and the owners were very patient answering all their questions ! Thank you so much for your kindness !"
