I booked through Expedia in an attempt to stay here.
When I visited on the day of my reservation to check in, the lady at the front desk told me that the rooms were full and I could not check in. And even though I proved to her that I had booked and paid for this hotel, she would not listen to anything, and moreover, she told me to contact Expedia directly and demand a refund.
I contacted Expedia and asked for a refund on this hotel's part, but the hotel never...
