Second stay here. Best hotel in the Khao San surrounding area. Wonderful staff, beautiful rooms, awesome breakfast. This is an excellent hotel with great location, too. Also has a rooftop you can check out the views. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was great, and breakfast had plenty of options. The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning in the room worked very well. The hot water tank in the shower was a little confusing to figure out, but once we figured it out the water got hot and was comfortable. The main issue was the surrounding area. The area did not feelsafe, with homeless men and sex workers on every corner. This was just a short stop in Bangkok, so it was fine but would not recommend to stay here for long, or with any children.

Good location for walking to local shines and sites, amazing staff, and great food. Lots of the surrounding area is stricken with poverty though and some homeless. Felt safe, but I was also approached by a woman of the night once or twice

The hotel itself is good. You get what you pay for, nothing flashy, but clean and with no issues at all. What made it excellent were the staff, who were there to meet absolutely every single wish and request.

All the bangkok tourist spot are walking distance. Pharmacy and 7/11 is just in front of the hotel. Near the michelin eatery of chef jay. Would highly recommend to my friends and relatives who want to visit bangkok

This was the perfect place to stay not only for the price but for the staff and location. It is very close to Khao San but not in the middle of the chaos so you have some quiet. The area is chill and close to many coffee shops, street vendors and temples while still walking distance from Khao San. For someone first time in Thailand this is amazing - also the staff is there 24/7 and so so helpful with booking, making calls and helping navigate the area. The staff especially Su-Ay (Sandy) was hospitable helpful and so sweet and accommodating. The only issue was the shower with low pressure and cold. However our friend also stayed there and it was only our room. Also the bed amazing so comfy and the AC was super strong !

You get what you pay for. A clean, simple space. Walking distance to several major temples and grand palace, its a clean place to sleep while you spend most of your time out and about. Water pressure was quite low and shower hot/cold was confusing. Area around the hotel is popular with locals and street food, nearby to formal restaurants and cafes as well. Hotel has info posted on common scams, which we did encounter so the “heads up” saved us confusion, delays, and possibly cash. Nice rooftop space - check it out for sunset.

Nice hotel close to Grand Palace. Location is in heart of local area so a little different. If u you our a light sleeper not the place you can hear the traffic all night but didn’t bother us. Sandy at reception is the best! Very helpfully. Pleasure to meet her. Room was good but nothing fancy. Overall a good stay.
