Saan Hotel is the first one of the trip too Thailand and it has the Best staff who are kind warm and genuine Good rooms with great amenities Had problems with A/C noise when wanting sleep setting In room which didn’t help with Jet Lag at all Staff a great plus though!

The staff at this hotel is amazing. They are always happy to see us and are very accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable with slippers and robes and daily housekeeping if desired. I got a splinter in my finger and the young lady at the desk, got it out for me and treated it with antiseptic. The driver took us to a laundry service and picked it up and delivered it to us. Everyone who works in this place has a smile on their face every day. We can’t wait to come back.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights, and it was wonderfully peaceful. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Icon Siam, where we spent many hours. The staff were incredibly helpful, very kind to our daughter, and assisted us with our luggage. The room was nice, clean, quiet, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bed was large, and so was the TV. All in all, it was a really great experience. The staff deserve our warmest recommendation!
