Wonderful Stay at Oakwood Studios Bangkok My husband and I stayed at Oakwood Studios Bangkok from 21st to 23rd December 2025, and we would like to thank the team for such an excellent stay. The rooms were spotless and very well equipped with fantastic amenities, including quality toiletries, an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, robes, and slippers — everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The BTS is a short walk away but you can use the free tuk - tuk provided by the hotel from 8am till 8pm. Breakfast was great and a lovely inclusion, and the prices for food and drinks were very reasonable. A particularly nice touch was the complimentary popcorn machine and water available for guests in the lobby area. The pool area was lovely, and there is also a well-equipped gym for those who enjoy keeping active. Overall, a fantastic experience — we would definitely stay again and highly recommend Oakwood Studios Bangkok.

O. S is a bit of a distance from the action, but it’s about a 15-20 walk to shopping, etc, so it’s not that bad. Check in was smooth. They have a 24 hour desk which was important because our flight came in 200am. The pictures online match the hotel/room. When we arrived, there was no hot water, when they turned on the water it was scalding hot, but that was better than cold. In the shower, the water wasn’t going down fast enough, so the water would fill the shower bottom and flow over the ledge onto the bathroom floor. There was no internet on the TV for streaming (YouTube only) and I had to keep calling to have them connect it. The good thing is when you call for assistance, they respond right away which is a plus. Hopefully, they correct these minor issues. The other plus’s were the amount of electric outlets in the room. The restaurant inside the hotel that has breakfast, lunch and dinner. We ordered room service and it was good. There’s also a guy who makes suits in the lobby and he can exchange currency for you as well. The rate was not a huge difference from off the Street which was a plus. The gym is next to the pool and is great for cardio & weights. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked inviting. If you need to get to the action, they can call a taxi for you. The TUK TUK service they offered is good if you want to go about 10 minutes down the road. It’s a 1 minute walk to 711 and other local foods. Overall, it was a good stay and I would return.

Great hotel

Nice big and clean bath, great kitchen if you like to cook you self, biggest fridge i have had in a hotel. Service good. We did not include breakfast so cant rate it. Only downside was pillows were too big for my 7 year old son if I need to be a crazy karen picker.. location good, near bts skytrain which takes you wherever you want.

I stayed here for 8-9 Days. We smelled the weeds from someone who smokes badly and has a really strong smell. The smell caused three of us to get light headaches very bad every day. The front deck Guy is rude(he might not be a front deck at all, but he pretends like he is). The guy who opens the door is the best service!! (The guy who is a little bit chubby and short should get a better job position in this hotel or another hotel. We need good service like him.) The cleaning lady on floor 8 is the best as well. The location is well close to BTS, 5 minutes to 7-Eleven. I not gonna go back to this hotel again because I found a better hotel just on another road on Sukhumvit(Thonglor). I wish I booked another hotel for 9 day.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The whole hotel was very clean. The room size was excellent and probably the most comfy beds I have ever slept on. However some of guests seem rude towards staff which I did not like. Often the foyer area will smell very strongly of Indian food. Would prefer a fresher smell. Breakfast was often crammed, but selection ok. Gym was small but ok. The main area seemed strange with no actual bar, no area to book excursions, but a guy trying to sell suits each day. Unusual for inside a hotel, especially with limited space. I would return again. 10 minutes to Thong Lo BTS. No pavement to main road. Seven eleven 3 minutes away from the hotel.
