What you pay is what you get
Totally OK hotel for the price of it; only complaint that I can make was on the room temperature being hotter than outside and the AC didn't really cooled to 16 degrees (max) or the minimum 22 degress (min).
Clean room, TV remote lacked battries and was set to Thai language; but once I figured out how to switch to english and changing the A/V input source to the correct one (via the buttons on the backside of the TV).
Refrigurator seemed to work or at least the light in it, but the temperature was the same as in the room.
Nice and friendly staff; however for the 24/7 check-in you should call room 302 from the reception. I just thought of that as a reminder of the staff and waited some hours in the reception.
The hotel closed down operation for renovation which I was not told about until they started it, however no inconvience at all since I could live in my room without any problems until I left.
The Wi-Fi seemed to be bad at first, only 2.4GHz, and my phone disconnected all the time. Bought a new phone because I needed too, anyway with the new phone the Wi-Fi was much better and actually quite decent.
For the price I paid I would gladly book here again since it is really central, I think the AC/heat problems might be fixed by the renovation as well. I can recommend it, but it is not for everyone.
A.C. Is not strongly cooling to the room. And the window is not openable. Toilet is too big without any decoration. Tv were also not working. Location is good. Next to terminal shopping mall
This was ok value but the whole place smelt of cigarettes which made my stay uncomfortable. I would be unlikely to book again as there are many other options out there.
Room and hotel it self is so so.. for the price
Great location for traveler, easy access, and never bored. It does smell little funky in the hall way and also the room. Bathroom is nasty and I could smell sewage straight into my room.
Mostly acceptable for budget accomodation in Asia. Daily housekeeping though is a bit of a fallacy. I was there for 5 days, and only had housekeeping on the 4th day because I made a specific point of it to the front desk staff. On the 3rd day I had to ask for a new roll of toilet paper. The 4th floor seems to be connected to some sort of plant/machinery room, which made it so hot in the hallway! There was also a bucket in the middle of the hallway, clearly placed to catch some sort of ceiling leak. The electronic key consistently failed to work, which has you going backwards and forwards between the room and front desk to have it reprogrammed. The air conditioning was slow to cool. The bathroom pipes were slow to drain, and the sheets were stained with some sort of blue ink. Again, all pretty standard for budget accomodation in Asia. The parts where it wasn't quite standard were the night I came in to find the front desk attendant fooling around with a guy behind the desk, or the prevalence of working-girls in the downstairs bar... But hey, each to their own I guess.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
good value.
Small but very comfortable room. Unfortunately the bathroom floor was a swimming pool that never drained properly and I was walking in water all the time.
I would stay again however as this was a minor issue. Be aware the hotel is in a side alley off Soi 18 and you can spend a lot of time looking for it. Its actually about 100 meters from Sukhamvit road and turn left into alley.
This hotel is very handy for BTS Asoke and MRT Sukumvit stations. But, I don't recommend if you want to stay on business because there are no desk and chair in the room. The front desk staff aren't friendly very much and I felt a little disappointed.
