The hotel is relatively new, the staff are friendly and fluent in English. They gave us a late checkout then allowed us to store our luggage onsite and use the pool until 4pm (when we had to head to the airport).

We checked out in the morning but they were kind enough to give us a place to shower after coming back from the tour in the evening before heading to the airport. Staff is very polite and courteous. Breakfast buffet had a large spread and the food was delicious.

I loved the aquariums and the staff is very helpful. The rooms were very nice. The pool was cold odd for this area of the world refreshing but only for quick swims. The breakfast buffet was ample. The downside is the walls are not soundproof at all so whatever happens in the neighboring rooms you hear.

Close to yellow station, and 30-45 mins from the rest of the attractions in Bangkok. The staffs were amazing and were so helpful. If you need something affordable, this place is great.

Wonderful hotel staff. Very friendly and helpful. Not loving the location, mostly seems an area for locals. Restaurant breakfast is good and room is cleaned daily. Price makes it a great deal.

Hotel location was not ideal as most of the tourist attractions are far away 30-45 min depending on traffic. We thought staying next to Phawana train station would make commuting easy but that train didn’t go anywhere close to downtown Bangkok. We stayed on the 7th floor and it was so noisy due to the traffic. No ventilation in the bathroom make it hot and humid in there and it didn’t help that the small window in the bathroom is directly across the 2 AC systems, so all the hot air got blown into the bathroom window and made it even hotter in there. Hotel doesn’t have any clothes irons at all which was a bummer as we wore wrinkled clothes all 5 days. I wish the hotel would give you 2 room keys because the room lights and AC are powered only by leaving the key on the wall. If you left your key in the room (while my wife and kids got ready) and I went to go get takeout food or 7-11 snacks, I couldn’t use the elevator as you needed to scan your card to access your floor (other people’s card wouldn’t work unless they also stayed in the same floor as you.)

スタッフの対応がとても丁寧でお部屋も綺麗でした！4泊しましたが毎日タオル交換やベットメイキングもしてくれてました！！！大変満足しました♪

市街地に行くために乗り換えがかなり必要ですが、乗り換えの駅でも買い物が楽しめ、かなりよかったです。ホテルの中もかなり綺麗でした。水圧も強く市街地から離れても良い方に是非お勧めしたいです！

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Onsite restaurant serves delicious food. The hotel is older but well maintained. Location is not great, and though on train line, a remote line not easy to get to from the city center.

Detta hotell är nytt och det finns fortfarande en stark lukt av färg i korridoren och i vissa av hotellrummen. Jag tycker att det fortfarande är tidigt att välkomna gäster. Personalen var mycket vänlig och artig. Det ligger långt från stadens centrum och turistattraktioner. Men det är lämpligt för familjer.
