"The hotel was good. It was fairly clean and cleaning staff were very friendly. I just wished they had a better parking setup. I stayed here for my wedding, and the parking is first come first serve. It was very hard to move all my wedding gear in my wedding dress when all the spots infront of the room were taken so we had to park far. "It is not new, that was my first impression. But after staying for two nights, i think it was quite a decent stay. Beds were comfortable, staff were helpful. You can hear noise from the train midnight though. "

"Awesome views . Great hiking. Staff is amazing. Walls in the room are a little thin so be careful with the hanky panky. We upgraded our room to the King bed with the more updated room and it was well worth it. It is a about 10 minutes from Banff but then you need to get on the ski lift and take a 20 minute ride to the top where the hotel is but it was well worth it. Very peacfull. "

"My twin sister and I are vegan (no animals or by products). I loved that there was a vegan pastry option available for us in the mornings. I can't recall seeing a nondairy option for milk, and if that wasn't there, I would suggest that as an option. I would also love to see the menu be more eco-friendly.
