Banff Caribou Lodge and Spa
The hotel overall was clean however it’s in desperate need of an upgrade. I booked a loft suite and the wallpaper was peeling off the wall, the jetted tub looked gross and the room was hot even with no heat and both windows upstairs and downstairs open - it was snowing outside and cold. Rocky Mountain Ski Lodge
Great location. Lovely hotel. Great service. Can’t fault a thing here. Love the hot tub. I stay here often even I come to the area.

Nice stay but can get a bit loud. Elevator is slow and noisy.
