"Breakfast was fine, cereal, some pastries, waffles. Parking was plentiful, I felt safe at all times even arriving super late or leaving super early. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. "

"We came in for the BTS concert, I am so grateful my reservations were not cancelled , I so appreciate this hotel so much. This was happening to many all over EP. The rooms may not be updated but they were clean and super comfortable! The AC was super cold just like I like it. The commentary breakfast was super yummy and the staff was working so hard refilling everything for us lol. Thank you so much!!!!"

"First off, we went during the BTS El Paso concert weekend. I had anxiety all week once I heard people's reservations at other hotels were being cancelled. Thankfully, my reservation at this hotel was still being honored. Check In for me was very fast; I got my room keys in about 5 minutes. The property is pretty big with winding pathways but they provided us with a map so we could try to find our way. The room was spacious and clean. The refrigerator was cold and the bed was comfortable. The staff was great; very friendly and helpful. I really saw no issues with the room. The closet doors were off the hinges but other than that, the place was great. I'd stay here again when in El Paso."

"The room floor was sticky. The rug was so old and dingy and sticky. Room had a bad smell and fridge still had previous gusts food in it. "
