"Had a great stay here for our 3 week trip! Got the superior deluxe rooms which are pretty spacious, the staff are lovely and the hotel is nice. Location is perfect - close to Okubo station and the yamanote line Shin-Okubo station. Carpet in my room did have some stains on, but the soles of my slippers didn't get dirty as I walked round it so it is clean. The only thing I noticed was that there was dust gathering in the aircon vents. These were minor though and I would really recommend staying...

"location is ok for price if you want cheap; you do need to walk a bit to get to the main Shinjuku station. We had a toddler along with a pram in the room and suitcases so even less space. Also the hotel is next door to a gravesite which we didn't know before booking. overall its ok for a cheap place, its clean has a microwave on 1 level and along with washing machine and dryer. 7/11 down one end of the street. very quiet street if thats what your after"

"Our second stay was as good as the first. Very friendly staff, hotel quiet and calming. Club Lounge very relaxing after a long day of shopping and sightseeing. Wil stay again."

"Really a 4.5 rating. Walkable to everything, and our room, though small, fit our family of 3. Everything was clean and fresh towels were provided every day upon request. Lots of shops and restaurants below the hotel and the staff was friendly and helpful (they assisted in sending our luggage on to Osaka ahead of us for about $25 apiece. A varied breakfast was included with the room (for a fee—about $25 PP. Laundry on the premises. Walkable to downtown Shinjuku. "

"Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."

"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "
