The hotel is amazing, but when it comes to the elevators? Horrible service, if it’s too crowded you’ll be waiting for 20-30 minutes until an elevator is available.

Had an absolutely amazing time staying at this hotel. The price was so good. I’m hoping that I’d be able to get a good deal again. I’m going back to New York. This has been my favourite place. This thing in the city so far.

Overall, I’d say the best part about this hotel is the location and proximity to public transportation. That’s a huge plus if you plan on traveling all over the city.
