"Perfect for a night "

"Only stayed for about 5 mins and left. Burn holes on all blankets and sheets. Dirt and gunk everywhere and room smelled like mold. "

"This hotel was new, clean and welcoming. I had made a few requests before arrival and they had everything waiting in our hotel room before we arrived. They were accommodating on the phone with questions that came up as well. 10 out of 10!"

"When I did my reservation I asked for king size bed and when I got there they gave us two queens and the pool was not heated"

"The staff is very friendly. But if you come in late at night like around 12:00 or later to check in it takes forever for someone to come to the door and check you in. I had to wait for 20 mins before someone noticed I was standing at the door. So they need to work on that. But other than that I enjoy staying there when I go to visit my daughter in North Carolina."

"The beds and pillows were perfect. Room clean. Bathtub that actually you can take a bath in. Great staff. Decent hotel bfast. Great value!"

"We loved out stay at Grand Hotel. We were there for 3 days and it was very quiet and peaceful. The staff was so nice and polite. We were close to everywhere we had to go (Crab Orchard and Crossville) and it was a very nice get away. Our room was very clean and had everything that we needed. There are no elevators here which was not a problem at all for us but I would suggest requesting a ground floor if you can not do the stairs. We are coming back in June and have quite a few family members that we have joining us and have 0 hesitation suggesting that they stay here as well."
