Location was great. Nearest Donki is a 20 minute walk, which helped when we needed to buy an extra suitcase last minute. Coin laundry was a bonus especially with a young family, and the rooms were nice and large. Theres also a lovely rooftop terrace. Highly recommend staying here."

"This is a great option for a first trip to Tokyo. It is extremely central in Shinjuku by the train station, but also in a quiet pocket away from the hectic crowds. Service and breakfast are good. Many restaurants nearby with Japanese and Western options as you get over the jetlag."

"The hotel was a bit hard to find as a first time visitor to Tokyo but once we checked in the appeal of this hotel started to show with it's prime location in the heart of Shibuya. Other than that the rooms were spacious, check in/out was a breeze. To make things easy the airport bus starts/stops at this hotel. Plenty of food options around and tons of things to do. Lovely experience, would recommend!"
