"Our check in was super easy. The staff were always friendly whenever we spoke with the throughout the stay. Our King size bedroom was very clean and very comfortable. We had plenty of room for the two of us. The bathroom was great as well. We had a lighted mirror as well as the room light. The shower gad soft water and perfect water pressure. My hair and skin were so soft after showers. It was very quiet on the 4th floor. And I would recommend the 4th floor so as to not have noisy upstairs neighbors like our friends had who had stayed on the 2nd floor. The breakfast was good as far as complimentary breakfasts are. Plenty of options, just wish there was more fresh fruit available, but really no complaints. The coffee machine was awesome. It grinds your coffee right before it brews it lending to a great cup of coffee. I would 100% stay there again if I were ever in the area. Definitely recommend you stay there!"

"There was a fight going on in the lobby when we checked in and the guy behind the counter did nothing but tell us he had “had enough of this f$cking place.”Another hotel guest called the police. At this point we were looking for other places to stay as we didn’t feel safe, but we couldn’t find availability anywhere else. When we got to our room we were shocked by its condition. The sheets were covered in severe stains and cigarette burns. The walls were badly damaged and the toilet and carpet were dirty. The shower curtain was disgusting. There were actually places in the flooring where you could feel the sub flooring was gone and had holes that were covered by carpet or linoleum. The tiny towels in the bathroom were threadbare and stained. This hotel needs some love and care, even then I don’t know that it can be saved. I’ve never had such awful luck with a hotel reserved on Expedia and I’ll be extremely cautious in the future."

"The inside of the room was clean. Some areas of inside room were updated. But the beds were a horrible makeshift combo I've never seen before. And moving on them at all made a weird sound like worping sheet metal. The outside is dilapidated. Thank goodness we only stayed 1 night. It was graduation season and all we could find."

"Great staff, but only 2 towels in room. Asks for more desk guy couldn’t find them. Limited Roku tv, not many dining options close. Shower was great, bed was comfy."

"We had issues with the wifi. The wifi was down the first night and then the password capitalization was wrong on the documentation. Also needs to be noted there isn't an elevator. The room was great! It was clean and mattress was the best I've had in a hotel."

"We were biking the Katy Trail. Staff was very welcoming. We stayed in one of their cottages. Amazing! So comfortable. Huge soaking tub was much appreciated! Bed was so comfortable- I wished I could take all the bedding with me. Shower with 5 heads super luxurious. Daily breakfast at the Inn was top notch! "
