"Its a great location for tge downtown core and an anesthetically appealing hotel but the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff is to be desired. We were arriving at 3AM and the outer doors were locked with no one in sight to let us in or help with luggage. It was a little scary, 2 women one who is elderly, downtown in the dark. During check in the male employee behind the desk wasn't welcoming whatsoever. Throughout our stay, the staff kept to themselves, always looking at their computers or phones. We probably won't stay here again or recommend to anyone."

"Malas prácticas en las reservas, te dicen que no hay reembolso pero revisa bien por qué eso significa que tampoco hay cambios de fechas, si vienes en fecha de algún concierto te van a cobrar el triple de la tarifa aún sí quieres reservar con mucho tiempo de anticipación"
