All in all a good stay. The room was not freshly renovated but overall the condition of the room was ok, the bed was good, we got a good night's sleep. The included snack/dinner and the breakfast made it a good deal. The airport noise was not very loud in the room so sleeping was not disturbed. Pool, ...

Fiesta Americana Reforma
Terrible hotel. Small room, shower didn’t work, toilet overflowed, bed was uncomfortable, adjacent showers and toilets were heard all night.

El servicio de estacionamiento y de valet parking es pésimo con tiempos de espera prolongados y gente poco amable. El resto del hotel es bueno, siempre y cuando no tengas que usar el parking!
