My reservation was in order and the room was spacious and spotless upon arrival. The breakfast was hot and nutritious. Hotel staff were all friendly.

Days Inn by Wyndham Lake Havasu
Nice rooms- clean with a comfy bed and pillows. Continental brealfast was good, with clean dining and fresh foods. Really an excellent place with a great price too. Only possible downside was no elevator to 2nd floor but accessible rooms on first floor. Nice staff too.

The room was old and worn the were stains on the ceiling feet got dirty when walking in socks or barefoot, towels were stained, bathtub was stained, A/C was weak, the 'continental breakfast was cereal and a packaged convience store honey bun. There are people living here who are ill or work otherwise ...
