"the property is not bad but has some mildew in the bathroom ceiling, houskeeper cleaning is every 3 days , something we did not know, until we return and find the room dirty (im so happy we have beach towells). phone no working from day 1, never care to come and take care. but i give 4 point becoase the superviser Amy was so nice and helfull."

"This place is all about the great people and location. I had a fantastic view of Manhattan (room 640). Every single staff member who I interacted with was polite and helpful. The water taxi to midtown is literally steps from the lobby. At the pier on the other side there are busses to take you across town north or south. My only issue was the first boat was not until 10 am on Saturday and Sunday so plan accordingly. The property is not new or newly renovated and It shows in the room fixtures. Some surfaces show wear and tear and the design and carpet seem dated and old. Then again if it were new or recently renovated I probably could no afford it. It was clean and safe and did I mention the view? Fantastic."
