"OUTSTANDING, is the word to describe our experience. From the moment we arrived until we drove out of the gate we were treated extremely well. Upon arrival our room was upgraded to an ocean view. The room was very spacious and came with all of the usual amenities. Breakfast was fabulous and was cooked to order from three choices. Yogurt, toast, cereal, fresh fruit, muffins coffee and tea were also offered. The General Manager is a real hands on person and deserves recognition for making our stay one which I will remember. WE DEFINITELY RECOMMEND staying at Hathaway Guest House."

"This property is on a quiet street and our rooms were lovely and clean. The owner is very engaging and caring. I was a bit apprehensive coming to South Africa, but “Lord Flanegan” as I call him made us feel welcome and safe. He is very helpful and generous with his time. Oh and the breakfast. Thx Stewart.
