"Rooms are clean, but lighting is poor in rooms."

"Check in was a nightmare for me. I drove in to stand in line for self check in. No "Welcome to Luxor" greeting. It was stressful after driving hours cos some things I didn't understand and the lady was rude when I asked for help. After the kiosk, wait for a text to make your own keys. I would've preferred a human during check in cos I had questions. The ladies were rude and ignored me. I asked for directions to my room and 4 employees told me to use the green elevator when it was the red one....

"Stayed at this hotel due to proximity to allegiant stadium. Hotel itself is quite dated and noisy within the room. I chose to self park, which ended up being a nightmare because of streets being blocked for an upcoming event. Parking is next to hotel but oddly structured and difficult to navigate in relation to resort due to lack of clear signage. Staff seemed overwhelmed but were kind. Do NOT self check, it's easier to check in with a human. Why? You self check but you do not get assigned...

"Beautiful property. It seems renovated this year than in the past I have been."

"Property is beautiful and well maintained. Bars and resturaunts excellent. Cabanas at the pools should be free and 1st come first serve as an amenity not as extra up charge fee. When house cleaning took dirty wash cloths they did not replace with clean."

"Un hotel Muy cómodo , bonito y la atención fue excelente. La única queja es que no hay suficiente ventilación y el olor a cigarro etc es muy pero muy fuerte al grado de no poder respirar bien y es por todo el área de lobby restaurantes etc."
