"I arrived at thia property on the Saturday evening at 5pm. There was a note at reception saying latw arrivals were to call a number. I wouldn't call 5pm a late arrival seeing as checkin was only from 3pm. I called the number a few times but the reception was bad. I finally spoke to someone who asked if i had a booking for bowling or the lodge. When I confirmed it was the lodge, a sour faced man appeared from the bar area. "The room was spotless. The owners/staff were friendly and helpful. I got upgraded to a sea view room and it was absolutely delightful! Beautiful bay windows with the view of the calming sea. The shower is amazing!! The water pressure was absolutely perfect and the way I like it.
I had a lovely veggies breakfast in the morning.
I would absolutely recommend this guesthouse. It’s so close to everything but offers such warmth and home vibes, I will definitely be booking again!"

"Everything is nearby. Quiet place to stay. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Nice seaside and less than 5 minutes walk. Typical coastal town and many places to visit around. "

"Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!"
