"The main entrance is fresh and modern with excellent and friendly staff. Free filter coffee and tea available at all times. Room was very clean however, the bed was small, rock hard with uncomfortable pillows. Having hard floors also meant the room was quite loud. Can't beat the location but, expected more for the price."

"This place was one of the worst properties we visited while in England. Lets start with the rooms, the AC didnt work and the shower leaked all over the floor and ruined our luggage. You could tell this is an on going issue because the base boards were all swollen up and in bad shape. No wash clothes in the room either. The lifts are dangerous, the lift starts moving before the door is closed. We had to pay an additional 15 pounds for breakfast per person. Our dinner at the restaurant was also terrible, over priced and our food was terrible. "

"The hotel is in a good location, close enough to everything but slightly away from the hustle and bustle. which meant it was peaceful and we slept well. The room was well appointed with everything you could need. Plenty of space for two people. We didn’t really need the kitchenette as we were eating out but the coffee machine was nice. "
