"The hotel is new, clean, and well appointed. The staff is helpful and kind, although the English of the weekend staff could have been better. The weekday staff were quite fluent. I had messaged the hotel before my stay that I would need to reserve an airport transfer early Monday morning. Once I arrived Sunday evening, no one was aware of this or seemed to know how to set this up. I showed them the messages I had sent and insisted that something be arranged. I went to bed uncertain as to how I would get to the airport the next day. And it turned out my alternative, Yandex Go, was unavailable the next morning due to drone strikes in Russia on their servers. All turned out well when I went to the front desk the next morning and a driver was there early, waiting for me. I was very grateful but wished to have been spared the anxiety. People who book here should be aware that alcohol is not served anywhere on the premises. Not a problem necessarily, but just something to know."

"The best kind of hotel. It was clean, it was quiet, it was simple, but well appointed, The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was very good, and the check-in/checkout procedures were seamless. I want to commend the efficiency and kindness of the man who worked at the front desk. The cleaning staff were awfully nice l Luckily this hotel does not resemble the higher-end establishments in Tashkent, which look pretty much look like any higher end hotel anywhere,"

There’s a money exchange machine in the lobby which was helpful as I arrived late st night. There’s also a lovely coffee shop called Shiva right across the road, as well as a few restaurants."
