"When we arrived there was no record of our confirmation. The staff were unaware of our arrival. She had to call the owner to confirm. The owner neglected to inform them of our arrival. Such a disorganized way of doing business.
Water supply was being turned off during the night. We have to wait for the staff to arrive in the AM to turn it on. Toilet was a big problem when you want to use that night ācoz it wonāt flush because there is no water supply.
We had to leave the property a day...

"Keep in mind this is a party resort. The staff and food were excellent. Grounds (area) were very clean. My room was very clean. My only concern was the band stage that went from 6pm to midnight everyday but Saturday that went from 6pm to 2am. Would I book the resort again that would be a definite YES. I had a great time !!!"
