"Our room was towards the back, large a nice and also quiet but not really any view at all from the room. The larger rooms towards the street has more view but noice from the street is probably also more evident. Fair breakfast, wonderful art and old furnitures from Burma. The hotel only has 9 rooms over 3 floors with no elevator (not really a problem for us)."

"We didn't do much shopping, so can't say. 7 11 was close by for little things we needed. The spa was nice, steam room and Thai massage. Staff were super nice and very helpful. Dining was very nice, service, food all great"

"Everything was perfect during our stay. The food was great, the hotel was extremely clean and efficiently operated and the staff was incredible. It is a hidden oasis of calm outside of the busy surrounding area. I can’t say enough about how attentive the staff was and how helpful they were with planning activities and making suggestions. All of the trips they planned were effortless and top notch. Beam and Arthur (front desk staff) absolutely spoiled us. I wish we would have ended our trip here...

"Aksara Heritage is a phenomenal boutique hotel in Chiang Mai. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and made us feel extremely safe and comfortable. Within an hour of arriving they had a massage and mani pedi booked for us and a tour arranged for next day. The grounds are well kept and the surrounding area is very walkable with tons of food and shopping options. Dao and Ming were both instrumental to our stay in Chiang Mai! Would definitely recommend. "
