"The room was fantastic and I loved the bathroom. Marble tile and premium glass. The staff was extremely helpful with everything and even printed documents I received email. We spent an afternoon in the spa and had a relaxing 90 min massage. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and definitely worth it. Overall it was one of the nicest and most accommodating hotels Iโ€™ve ever visited. Iโ€™ve been to many hotels that cost much more and didnโ€™t come close to providing the experience I got at Crown Plaza Vientiane. Weโ€™ll definitely be returning for a holiday with the children next time. A truly excellent experience! Thank you staff!"
