"Comme dit précédemment cet hôtel n'est pas un spa, ce qui était un prérequis à ma réservation. J'avais fait une recherche pour un hôtel spa à st jean de luz, et je me retrouve avec un hôtel qui n'est pas spa et qui n'est pas à st jean de luz. Vous devez supprimer cet hôtel de la liste des spa, si ce n'est pas déjà fait."

"Le petit-déjeuner était varié mais pour le dîner pas assez de légumes variés et pas assez de choix en plat principal."

"Everything about Villa Soro was exceptional. From the spacious room with a private garden, to the beautiful lounge areas and garden, the wonderful breakfasts and lovely staff. It was a haven to retreat to in the heat of the afternoon. We also enjoyed using the hotel bikes for transporting us all around San Sebastián. A truly wonderful stay."

"This hotel in my opinion, occupies one of the best positions along the La Concha promenade and importantly has a terrace which many other properties do not. Everything about the stay was exceptional. The in-room amenities were well thought out. We stayed in a delux room with a sea view. There is a pillow menu available and my feather pillow was delivered within minutes of asking for it. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and everything refreshed regularly so it was all fresh. ...

"Hôtel magnifique de quelques chambres ! Très beau standing. L’accueil, le service sont parfaits. La chambre 9 est grande et très bien équipée (café, eau plate, eau gazeuse, enceinte connectée). Chambre très propre et insonorisée. Petit déjeuner copieux (brunch). Extérieur très bien avec piscine. Parfait pour se reposer et boissons à volonté. Nous reviendrons."

"Good clean spacious room in an ideal location on the edge of the old town and thus close to the many fabulous restaurants and bars and the beaches. The fridge in our room contained bottles of water and soft drinks on arrival which were replenished each day at no extra cost. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided in the reception area again at no additional cost. All in all a great place to stay"

"Location was sensational for a brief stay - right in the heart of Old Town, so extremely busy and bustling, and convenient to everywhere. The windows were extremely effective at keeping the significant street noise out, so the room was very comfortable and peaceful. The desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. In our original room, the bed was facing the balcony window, which faced a series of balconies across the very narrow street. As the rooms don't have sheer curtains and the shutter...

"Everyone was very welcoming and couldn't help you enough, giving tips for trips, booking bus tours etc. Very pleasant and friendly staff. The room was beautiful, clean and every amenity you needed. The only criticism is that there was no door into the bathroom, there is one to the toilet and shower. This is a personal preference to properly separate the two areas, it would not stop me from coming here again"
