Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel
My room was never cleaned. Asked for clean towels and new sheets and housekeeping told me to go down to the front desk. Front desk and management were no help to the matter either as they told me that I would receive what I needed, but nothing was delivered to my room.

The elevator did not work for our entire stay of 3 nights Outlets in room were loose & faulty Cabinet doors were falling off the hinges No hot water Towels were like sandpaper Good location Not a good value at all
