"Clean room but shower not fully covered. when we shower water is everywhere, on toilet, on the floor, and when we walk the water is everywhere in the room. No HOT WATER at all. We have to shower in cold water. some days i didn't shower at all. staff was good in helping and everything. "

Resort activities were limited and the drag racing place cost 100+ dollars to go 2 mph. No refunds provided fyi. I would not recommend this Embassy in comparison to the one in Isla Verde that one is way more lively and clean. "

"I was there for 8 days and they only partially cleaned the room twice. Changed sheets once, had to repeatedly ask twice have the room cleaned. No ice machines working on each floor. Pools were awesome, staff was friendly. Definitely needs to be updated but at least there were no bugs or anything."

"When we arrived, we found out through a notice that the hotel had two events scheduled, with music playing until midnight. This happened both nights, which made it very difficult to rest. Also, the rooms face the street, so there was constant noise from trucks, cars, and traffic. The air conditioning was another issue. "The place was completely unkept. I reserved a room with 2 double beds and of course the AC was broke, so they gave me a room with a King bed and a crappy 5 ft. Fouton. Drunks in the hallway yelling and playing loud music until 2 am. Told the kid at the front desk and turns out they were buddies, he did nothing. If I could give a negative star I would. Stay away from this dump."
