"The property was easy to access and in a great location in Inverness.
The host was accomodating and accessible...at first.
When we arrived at the property, we found the hot tub liner was ripped which made using it a challenge...also we found several of the showers would not get cold and the heads on a couple showers would spray everywhere.
Also, the heater behind the washer/dryer turned off and started blinking an error code. In the 5 days we had booked, we tried to contact the host four...

"We’ve stayed at Kingsmill a number of times before and have always had an enjoyable stay. The rooms are consistently tidy and clean, and the bathrooms are immaculate. "We were here on vacation. The location was great, right by the river. The restaurant was good (they seem to dry-age their beef themselves). Staff very helpful, facility very clean. "The hotel itself is very old and the room reflects this. It is very small and cramped. The floor is sloped and there is very little sound proofing between the rooms. "Wonderful location, right in the heart of town and yet the room was so quiet. We faced the street side, but could not hear any traffic or noise of any kind. Our room was spacious, clean, and well stocked with complimentary water and wine in the fridge. Staff were absolutely wonderful! We did not end up having the breakfast, but our friend did, and she raved about it – especially the fresh fruit."
