"Staff was very friendly, it had everything we needed while staying in Cusco. We even got a lunch bag for our early tours that were before 7am."

"I would love to rate this hotel higher but save your money if you want to get any rest. I confirmed a King size bed and received two different twins pushed together that didn’t match up correctly and TRULY felt like box springs. I don’t think there was a centimetre of cushion. We got zero sleep because they were that hard. Otherwise the staff are super sweet, rooms are very clean, property is impeccably maintained. But also for a 1pm check in, we didn’t get our room until well after 2pm and had just travelled from Machu Picchu. If you want comfort, I’d unfortunately pass this conveniently located hotel. "

"Good for the price. Walking distance to the town center. Friendly staff. Only minimal issue, walls are a bit thin for light sleepers. Stayed 7 nights, will stay there again on my next visit."

"The staff was amazingly helpful and so kind. The breakfast was wonderful to start our days! The rooms were comfortable and clean. Would’ve liked to have been provided with several bottles of water each day since it was needed not only for drinking, but also for brushing teeth."

They helped coordinate my transportation, served excellent breakfasts, and the room was always spotlessly clean. If I ever get to return to Cusco, I will definitely stay at Atoq San Blas again."
