Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, delicious coffee, eggs to order and the most divine pancakes with banana and caramel. Easy walk to the shops, beach overlooks and beautiful parks. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Fresia was especially wonderful! Would definitely stay again! "

"The hotel was amazing. However we had to give a deposit for the stay for 2 rooms we had. Its been almost 3 weeks since we left and they havent send my deposit back. I called the hotel and pretty much was given excuses as they dont do the refunds its another company they have to investigate literally the run around If you put a hold as a deposit it has to be return within 72 hours, a week at the most. If I dont call the hotel they keep your money? I dont know how they do business but its...

"A very quick five hour sleep stop in transit through Lima, this hotel worked just fine. My only complaint was even though they offered a free coffee station they wouldn’t let me put milk in my coffee (without charging a fee)! and they had no lids that fit the coffee cups. Otherwise, highly recommend for convenient location."

"Very clean room. Staff were very kind and helpful. My card didn't work to get into my room a couple times. That was the only inconvenience having to walk back down to the lobby to get it re activated."

"Loved our stay here! The hotel is new, stylish, and ideally located. The rooftop pool is gorgeous, and the spa is excellent. Housekeeping did a fabulous job every day. Breakfast was also very good, with fresh and tasty options. For guests staying several days, however, a bit more variety and rotation in the breakfast offerings would make the experience even better. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return."

"Great location, close to cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, convenience store downstairs, convenient walking area towards shopping and parks . The entrance is difficult to spot but otherwise very clean and maintained. Front staff is very helpful. No air conditioning in the room, electrical fan was supplied in the room. Complete with a washer/dryer and full kitchen."

"I got there early and they were able to check me in an hour early so that was very helpful since I booked a city tour in the afternoon and I just had enough time to dropped off my luggages in my room, change and go!"
