Hotel berdekatan Balapan Lumba Kuda Carlisle

"Very old property with no renewal in sight. My small tv in room didn’t have a remote control so had to rely on my iPad, had a portable electric heater in room with no certification label attached, everything looked worn out. Breakfast is basic. Only book as a last resort. The manual wooden key holder could barely fit in my pocket."

"Central location but hotel is very worn and needs maintenance. The Beefeater restaurant is fabulous."

"Staff were excellent. Very nice outside area to eat in summer ! You must book in advance. (We didn't unfortunately) Meal was excellent and good breakfast the next day. Ample parking."

"Enjoyed my stay and very welcoming would definitely stay there again"

"Close to the town centre"

"Room large and very clean. Lovely small hotel with a beautiful restaurant. Very quiet at night. Highly recommended "

"This is the second time I have stayed at the Halston and it never fails to impress. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. It is like having your own apartment."

"We had a great stay. Our hosts were fantastic!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, wish we could have stayed longer. The food was very good, the room was large and clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again."

"A very clean and well equipped room - limited parking but perfectly adequate - disappointing lack of breakfast - rice crispies and cormflakes don't do it! Very good dinner and bar facilities"

"Really beautiful cottage for a family or a small group. You have the space to yourselves but the landlo"

"Great parking. We didn’t realise when we booked that the pub would shut at 8 pm on the Sunday which was disappointing but they gave us a key to enter the building and to come and go as we wanted. The bedroom was comfortable and the breakfast was very nice."

"Nice hotel at great value. We had a 1 night stay with our dog and were very comfortable."

"A lovely hotel with wonderful staff."

"outstanding service, unbelievable friendly personnel"

"The room was functional, spacious but a little tired. Staff was great, the breakfast a treat, but the restaurant wasn't worth the cost - 3 star fare at 4 star prices. Location was excellent, and parking secure. We'd go back if ever wanting to explore Hadrian's wall again."

"Absolutely lovely place to stay, great location, nice, modern finishes, clean and well kept and the kitchen is well equipped. Highly recommend!"
