"Great stay"

"The hotel is in a cute neighbor thats right near the Clodio bus stop which gets you to all of Rome. The owner and staff are friendly and able to use Google translate to communicate with many languages. It was clean and the kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots and pans. The shower had excellent hot water. "

"Loved the location just north of The Vatican. Shopping was nearby. The subway was 2 blocks away for easy travel to access the city. There could have been better instructions on how to use the washing machine, or how to dry only. Better yet, a separate washer and dryer would have been more useful for multiple loads or sharing with other tenants. Communication from the staff was excellent, both by phone and in person. "

"Place is good very nice. Well kept. Close to Metro subway and in front is a bustop. Very close to Vatican. The only thing happen during our stay is the code for the building that they gave us is not working on our arrival. They gave us another code then our last night we went out for Dinner then the code again didn’t work. Otherwise everything was great."

"We had a wonderful experience at Folia B&B. Chiara was very helpful and spoke great English. She tidied the room every day. The shared kitchen was immaculate. There was refrigerator and freezer space available. Breakfast was simple but more than sufficient. Coffee, tea, juices, yogurt, toast, jam, cereal and milk, supply refreshed everyday. Chiara made everything pleasant and easy for us to enjoy this beautiful city!"

"A good distance away from public transit, the Vatican, and good shopping. The hotel is on the 5th floor, but there is an elevator. Nestle was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and everything worked well. Relatively small, but perfectly adequate."

"Our room was spacious. It was clean and smells good inside and even the lobby and stairs it was clean. We opted to use the stairs as the elevator is too tight. The bed was really comfortable. The hotel was very convenient to places like restaurants, mini groceries and specially the walking distance to St. Peters Basilica and Vatican. The staffs were very helpful, we had a very early morning flight and they were able to reserve us a taxi to take us to the airport and it went really smooth and no...
