"The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The gym could use a bit of work it’s poorly set up and was quite hot with the a/c not working super well and no blinds on the windows to block the sun."

"I had a great stay here when in canary wharf for meetings. Although the hotel is little dated for a 5*, it has an amazing leisure centre access with beautiful riverside pool. The staff were all really attentive and fantastic. Particular shout to Cindy who was super helpful to me on reception. Really appreciate it. "
