"Beautiful well maintained location! Amazing views! The breakfast buffet was great and so large! Particularly loved the orange juice and cappuccino machines. The restaurant on site has the same menu for lunch and dinner so pro tip eat lunch at the bar with a different menu if you aren’t going out. The shuttle only goes to San Gimignano and runs at 10, 11:15, 1:30 and 5:15. We wish there was a 3PM option but taking public transport is cheap and easy. This is an amazing place to stay to visit...

"Lovely hotel in a great location. The rooftop bar area offers amazing views, especially in the evening for sunset. We also had some of the best drinks of our trip there! We were travelling with back packs across many different cities in Italy so the free laundrette facilities were a super helpful surprise! The room was clean overall the hotel was great, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome. Breakfast was also really good. There were some lovely little restaurants very close by...

"I cannot say enough about this hotel...it is one of my best memories of Florence. From the beautiful garden/terrace to the wonderful staff it was amazing. Location is a bit out of the busy touristy area but close enough to walk to see many things. We loved to join fellow guests in the garden for wine in the evening or good coffee in the morning ( self serve coffee 24 hours which I loved as we are early risers). "Very close to airport but literally no on-site parking. We returned rental car early and took a taxi to airport the next morning due to lack of parking. Room was very small but we only needed it for one night before departure from Florence."

"This was a wonderful hotel! The location was perfect for sight seeing and a quick walk to the train station. The hotel was wonderfully clean with nice linens. Enjoyed the breakfast and the staff very much! Wish we had stayed a few more nights there."

"Our experience was consistent with previous reviews. Location is ideal. Easy entrance into main attraction area and with rooms off an interior courtyard property is super quiet at night. Rooftop terrace is ideal. Relaxing, great cocktails and a perfect way to end a day sightseeing in the crowds of Florence. We didn't realize the restaurant is not open for dinner. Breakfast was crowded, food ok. Overall a nice property."
