Appartement bien situé, prestation correcte mais lors de notre arrivée l'appartement sentait la cigarette et même après vaporisation et bougie parfumée l'odeur de cigarette était imprégné au canapé et rideaux.

Établissement à l’abandon. Réception dans un autre bâtiment. barrière de sécurité du chemin complètement abîmée avec aucune protection. Heureusement qu’il y avait le paysage qui valait le voyage. pas de service ni de serviettes sinon il fallait payer en plus

Avoid at all costs

We booked this very expensive over rated appartement hôtel for our 4 nights stay as a family. They only provided 2 bath sheets even though there was 4 of us, I asked for more and was told it would be 6 euros per towel. I could buy towels for that prices and keep them! The bathroom had a terrible sewage smell that wouldn’t go away. Glad we only went back to sleep. Kids refused to use it and brushed their teeth in the kitchen. That flat should have never been rented out. Will never stay there again, glad we were there to ski and spent really little time in that stinky flat. They asked us to undo the beds and take sheets and towels to a container at the entrance. And clean the fridge, the hob and put back the sofa bed together. They had flimsy covers instead of duvets so I felt cold a few times

Belle vue depuis la chambre. Nous avions pris un appartement 4/5 personne mais je pense que le 4 personne qui est moins cher est le même : la seule différence est la mise à disposition d un lit d appoint très inconfortable si vous arrive à l ouvrir quleque part dans l appartement. Le sol était pas très propre et les parties communes ont vécues. Sinon me personnel est très sympathique et une piscine à l accueil est disponible gratuitement

Très bien situé, bon accueil, mais prix vraiment trop élevé par rapport à la prestation car résidence aurait besoin d'être rénovée. Confort moyen. Résidence pratique pour le ski et piscine appréciée même si ne fonctionne pas tous les jours (tests non conformes à son ouverture et l'an dernier c'était le cas aussi à priori en discutant avec une habituée).

reception totalement incompétent.

Nous devions récupérer notre appartement à 15 h, une attente intolérable de 3 h avec un enfant de 2 ans pour enfin récupérer les clés et une après midi de vacance perdue. Une vingtaine de personnes dans le même cas en bref inadmissible.

Overpriced stay

Reception poorly signposted as the residence reception was closed and we had to check in elsewhere. Expensive stay for level of accommodation, typical ski resort, had to leave a deposit via credit card in case we did any damage and then needed to wait 20 Minutes the next morning until someone could check the room was ok and return our deposit. Great position for pic du midi evening visit but overpriced by a long way. Ok breakfast, completely self service, no staff in sight until reception opened at 9 am. Fortunately we did not need an early departure. Would only use again if like this time we were unable to get hotel accommodation

Belle vue

Une nuit entre amis entre 2 jours de ski Check in rapide mais pas d'état des lieux à l'entrée. Quelques manques (éponge, torchon) en vente 7€. Ménage 40€ en plus (pour une nuit payée 140€). Faire un maximum de profit. Bonne nouvelle, il y as un Carrefour montagne en contrebas dans la Mongie. Etat des lieux à la sortie rapide.

Gros soucis d'isolation pour notre chambre G122, très froid la nuit dans le salon malgré 3 couvertures, le vent passe sous fenêtre, seulement quelques heures de sommeil, dur... La propreté des matelas et couvertures très négative, cheveux et poils des locataires précédents ! Nuits bruyantes car chambres familiales mélangées avec la jeunesse, du coup les enfants du mal à s'endormir... Top pour la piscine, cadre superbe, mais gros soucis d'hygiène cheveux par terre, et vestiaires "trempés au sol" avec forte odeur d'urine ! Tout le monde mécontent à 18h samedi 28/01 pas assez de vestiaires Les viennoiseries proposées en supplément le dimanche matin très agréable, merci Chambres spacieuses, bonne quantité de serviettes, cuisine propre (manque torchon) ET SURTOUT BRAVO POUR L'ACCUEIL A LA RECEPTION = gentillesse, patience, sourire, humour Parking gratuit TOP ! Navette gratuite !

Appartements bien conçus.

Les appartements, bien que de faible superficie sont bien agencés et disposent de beaucoup de rangement ( extrême utile). 1 salle de bain et 1 salle d'eau ainsi que 2 wc, c'est très appréciable. Il y a une mezzanine dont l'escalier est très raide (attention avec les enfants). Grand balcon. Parking couvert. Seul bémol le chauffage très peu efficace, car il se coupe en permanence, nous n'avons pas eu chaud...dommage en hiver !! Un peu excentré.

Au pied du Pic du Midi et du col du Tourmalet

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans un studio. La pièce est vaste et très bien équipée avec une grande terrasse donnant sur la montagne (très belle vue). Le canapé lit est confortable. La salle de bains est vaste et équipée d'une baignoire

mooie omgeving

helaas kwamen wij terecht in een appartement waarvan de vloer van het balkon kapot was.stukjes hebben we bij elkaar geveegd.tv ontving alleen Franse zenders die wij niet verstaan.algemene staat is zeer dringend aan vervanging toe.ik zou dit beslist niet aanraden tenzij je goed Frans spreekt zit je opgesloten in renovatie project. balkon boven ons hoofd vertoonde ook tekens van verval. wij zijn dan ook drie dagen eerder afgereisd.helaas zijn mijn foto's te groot om te uploaded..omgeving is schitterend..maar erg duur de faciliteiten plus neem visa card mee das enigste manier voor internet. die konden wij dus ook niet krijgen daar
