Accueil pas terrible mais studio bien situé !

Réservation de 3 nuits avec le programme de fidélité Hôtel.com.. problème à l’arrivée, la personne de l’accueil trouve une confirmation avec Expédia. Elle ne fait aucun effort pour comprendre et trouver une solution ! Heureusement hôtel.com dispose d’un chat en ligne qui ont finit par appeler l’hôtel pour expliquer comment il fallait faire.. accueil pas très aimable et pas d’indication sur l’état des lieux à l’arrivée ! Pas de bonjour non plus lors des passages par l’accueil. Sinon studio sympa très bien situé malgré une mauvaise odeur dans les couloirs !

Établissement irréprochable

Établissement quasiment irréprochable, très bon accueil, rien à dire sur la propreté appartement très bien équiper nous recommandons sans hésitations nous avons même prévu d’y revenir l’année prochaine merci

Bien si on y va a la bonne date ......

Hotel et personnel agreable. Par contre il est fort dommage et decevant de privilégier la rentabilite au confort de ses clients ...nous avons choisis cet hotel pour passer un week-end au calme et nous nous sommes retrouve au milieu d'un groupe de 130 jeunes espagnol sans aucun respect pour le reste de la clientele ....soit du bruit jusque tard dans la nuit et des le matin 7h ....cri dans le couloir ..etc... Il est inadmissible que l'établissement accepte d'autre client sans les avertir qu'un groupe bruyant est present alors qu'ils savent que c'est un groupe bruyant qui reviens chaque année. Bref une honte

Calme et beauté

Très bon séjour. Bagneres est une charmante petite ville au pied des Pyrénées. Génial pour les randonnées et aussi aux thermes Aqua ludique.

Etablissement bien situé à quelques pas des commerces, cafés et restaurants. Le personnel, notamment Stéphanie, est très professionnel et charmant. Mon studio était grand, propre et confortable.

Un excellent hôtel

Superbe hôtel. Nous y avons passé un séjour pour 6 nuits. Hotel très agréable avec un excellent service. Les personnes de l accueil très sympathique et très souriant. Nous avons pris un ptit appartement avec coin cuisine, chambres avec 2 lits pour les enfants, une très belle salle de bain et un canapé clicclac très confortable. Mes enfants ont adoré leur chambre. La station de ski est à 25 minutes. C est très rapide. A 100 mètres de l hotel, il y a les bains des grands thermes, très agréable après une bonne journée de ski. Prévoir les maillots. Nous y reviendrons l année prochaine. Merci à toute l équipe de l hotel , ils sont formidables

Superbe séjour

Excellent séjour. Résidence très bien située, tout se fait à pieds. Navette très pratique pour monter à la station de La Mongie. Appartement moderne très bien agencé, superbe salle de bains. Les dames à l’accueil sont charmantes. On retournera dans cette résidence.

Très bon week end !

Très bel établissement en excellent état (parties communes + appartement) Décoration soignée et moderne. Excellent accueil et bonne communication de la part du personnel. Nous y étions pr aller skier à la mongie, à 25 minutes des pistes. Je recommande.

Séjour très agréable

Excellent séjour. 2 appartements communicants, très propres, meubles et déco modernes. douche italienne moderne Tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine. Personnel accueillant, agréable, souriant derrière le masque...... Résidence calme très bien située, tous les commerces à proximité, on peut tout faire à pieds. Navette pas très loin pour aller à la station de ski quand notre véhicule n’ est pas équipé. On reviendra quand la crise sanitaire sera terminée et qu’on pourra profiter des termes juste en face de la résidence et du casino situé à 100m.
