"Super!"

"The location of the hotel is great if you are taking vaporetto. The building is new and modern. Breakfast was good, with wide variety of choices. The staff seem short handed, only one front desk was on duty during busy check in/out. When I arrived, the soap/shampoo was empty/not restocked. Staff had limited knowledge of transportation and gave me wrong information (please double check the info for yourself). "

"The Location is second to none !! Easy access to the Basilica of St. Anthony of Padova and all Centro Padova shops and attractions. "

"This is a very nice older family run property in a very convenient central location on the edge of the Jewish Ghetto and near the university. The room was clean with a compfortable bed. The bathroom was completely adequate but small. The breakfasy buffet was ample. A good value, well located choice."

"Lighting is strange. Amenities were not that good. Housekeeper threw away a box FULL of medical devices that I needed and then denied it. That wasn’t good. Coffee maker was not clean. Towels were thin. But great location. Large room. Nice owners with cute dogs… breakfast was OK and we never used the Spa so cannot comment on that. Overall it was “fine”."

"Nos hospedamos con nuestro bebé de 9 meses durante 3 noches, está ubicado en una buena zona, tranquila y segura, para llegar es muy fácil. También cuándo llegamos el personal fue super amable y nos ofrecieron una cuna para nuestro bebé. La habitación de muy buen tamaño, limpia y el baño impecable. Lo único es que habían un poco de mosquitos en la habitación. De resto una estancia muy buena, sin duda regresaremos."

"The hotel was in a good location with easy access to central Venice. We had picked this stay for the spa facilities but this was undergoing maintenance and another guest had told us that the hotel charges extra for guests to use it (per hour) which was disappointing. The staff were polite and helped us check in quickly and did allow us to store our bags at the hotel on the last day after check out"

"Only stayed fo the evening. Staff when are arrived was so sweet and very kind. She helped us figure out the bus system to Venice. We left very early next morning so only spent and evening an the morning staff (gentleman) was also very very helpful and kind. The building was a bit disappointing for a BW. It really needed an update. Carpets didn’t feel clean. Light in bathroom didn’t work. Extr pillows in the cupboard were not clean. The outlet by the bed didn’t work appeared...

"Great hotel ideally situated to explore Murano and beyond with good links to Venice and surrounding islands only a short walk away. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms are of a high standard and the bed is made daily along with a fresh supply of towels. We had a lagoon view and the gentle lapping of the water and views across the lagoon were a welcome sight each morning. Breakfast was plentiful. Fresh fruit, cereal, meats and cheeses as well as a hot selection of bacon,...

"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The understated quality was evident from the moment we checked in when we were invited to the garden for a glass of wine whilst the check-in paperwork was done and our bags taken to the room. The happy hour, the helpful staff and the breakfast were superb. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be within walking distance of the beach tourist sites but still have a sort of oasis to which to retreat."
