freundliches Personal Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Bad ist super renoviert aber die Duschkabine ein Witz Einstieg halbe Tür und Vorhang zum Klo hin war bestimmt mal im Angebot das Bett und die Zimmerausstattung naja es gibt besseres Das Frühstück ist Super. Im Ort gibt es leider keine Tankstelle und auch keinen Geldautomat. Hotel hat keinen Aufzug.

Schönes sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf Schwanensee 😁 Guten Frühstück und freundlichen Gastgeber. Gute Möglichkeiten zu Wandern und zu Wellness. Vulkaneifel Therme ist in der Nähe entweder 4 Minuten Autofahrt oder ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Relativ einfach gehalten, aber dadurch auch unkompliziert bei der Anreise. Einrichtung rustikal, aber sauber. Viel Platz in den Zimmern, allerdings ohne Minikühlschrank. TV nur im Wohnbereich, welcher vorher wohl der Balkon war. Gutes Essen und kleines Frühstück, welches aber für jeden etwas dabei hat.

Sehr kleines Duschbad, aber neu. Die Einrichtung beider Zimmer alt und zusammengestückelt, 70-Jahre-Stil, Möbel zum Teil Eiche rustikal. Matratzen zu weich. Ältere Miniküche in billigem Schrank. Schlafcouch unbequem zum Sitzen, ebenso die weißen Sessel. Wohnraum war früher Balkon, Durchgang der beiden Zimmer über Balkontür. Fotos kann ich gerne zur Verfügung stellen. Urlaub würde ich in diesem Appartement nicht machen.

Een kamer boeken en betalen maar niet krijgen....

Wij hebben onze reservatie via jullie geboekt en op hetzelfde moment betaald (VISA) de dag van onze aankomst. Bij aankomst bleek dat de hoteluitbater onze kamer al had doorverhuurd. Als je uiteraard als hoteluitbater de gemaakte boekingen niet controleert, dan hoeft het niet te verbazen dat je een dergelijke score krijgt. Echt verveeld leek hij ook niet te zijn, wat op zich opmerkelijk is. Hij heeft ons wel doorverwezen naar een ander hotel (Quellenhof). We hoefde daar niet te betalen, want hij ging dit wel regelen. Dit werd inderdaad op die manier geregeld, met als enige verschil dat wij wel een suite hadden geboekt en hiervoor hebben betaald....Kortom, wij waren logischerwijze niet tevreden met deze gang van zaken.

Verrassend ruime suite voor 2 mensen. Heerlijk terrasje in de avondzon. Vriendelijke service. Lekker ontbijt. Goed gelegen, ideaal voor dagtripjes in de regio.

Entgegen der bezahlten Buchung erfolgte die Unterbringung ohne vorherige Rücksprache in einem benachbarten Hotel. Die Zimmergröße stimmte nicht, von der Straße aus hatte man ungehinderten Einblick in das Zimmer, WLAN war unzureichend, die versporchene Flasche Wasser gab es nicht.
