"My partner and I had a pretty unpleasant experience with this accommodation. A solid handful of the amenities listed in the description were nowhere to be found. The cleanliness was not up to par. The pool was unswimmable with its murky green waters. Their wifi only works within a close range of the front desk and all the rooms are quite far from it. "The hotel is really clean and pleasant and in a great location in the centre of Puerto Princesa, only moments walk away from multiple restaurants and a shop/ pharmacy. The room was huge and had everything you need including safe, mini fridge, hairdryer etc. The pool area is lovely, perfect for cooling off after time out in the heat, and there is also massages available in the spa. The best part about the hotel is the staff, they were all incredibly welcoming and friendly, and always happy to help in any way they can!"
