"Love this place.. rooms in chalet can use renovation. Water leaks on the floor due to poor placement of air conditioner, fridge is really old and non functional. Staff are fantastic always are helpful and one of the reason I am generous to them. We received top-notch customer service from the staff. "Live concerts just beside at Kinoboy bar. Robinson market at 500 meters. Many snacks, cofee shops and restaurants all around. No water pressure in the bathroom and not very clean. Good and comfy bed. Fair for the price "

"They advertised free Wi-Fi which is one of the critical requirements for me to pick a resort. But when I got there I found out that there wi-fi was turned off indefinitely and they acted like it was nothing. I work a lot, and vacations are really important to me. But because of my business I can't really take off for a vacation if I can't connect via Wi-Fi."

"Nothing. Their are ants crawling around. The water in the shower is cold. Door is very hard to open. Only one key for the room. I’ve requested for another key for my husband and they won’t give it to us. They won’t allow us to charge our dinner. They only want cash."
